One OTP check. Up to 90 days.

When entering your OTP, tick “Remember this browser for 90 days” to skip repeat OTP checks on that browser. You still sign in with your password. Leave it unticked for OTP at every sign-in.

OTP helps protect your account if your password is stolen. A new browser, password change or suspicious activity requires a fresh OTP.

Change your password every 90 days. Legacy passwords must be replaced. Use at least 15 characters. Manage remembered browsers and view expiry dates in Security settings.

Never share your password or verification code.
KCAA staff will never ask you to disclose either.
